Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Move the Multiple Advisory collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website or get in touch with us.

Who we are
Move the Multiple Advisory is a trading name of Rebekah Staindl, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at info@movethemultiple.com.
What we collect
When you fill in a contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address and anything you include in your message. You don’t have to give us this information, but if you don’t, we won’t be able to reply to you. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which also collects some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to discuss working together. We don’t use it for marketing, we never sell it, and we don’t make any automated decisions about you.
Our legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, or on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our website and email, including Squarespace and Microsoft. They process data on our behalf. Some may store data outside the UK, and where they do, they use recognised legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to transfer it. Email info@movethemultiple.com and we’ll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first at info@movethemultiple.com. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond as quickly as we can. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that it needs to work. With your permission, it may also use analytics cookies to help us understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link on our site or in your browser.
